A global communications company operating across nine countries, is on the hunt for a Growth Marketer to join their Netherlands team, working to drive growth and optimise digital performance for the Belgium & Luxembourg Chanel.

**Must be Fluent in Dutch and English**

The right candidate will have strong B2B experience, and will be fluent in both Dutch and English. They will be data-driven, proactive, and have a strong understanding of the BeNeLux market.

Location: Amsterdam (two days from home)

Salary: Up to €40,000 per annum

• At least three years worth of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• An understanding of French/Flemish would be a bonus
• A strong understanding of SEO and Performance Marketing channels, with the ability to create and implement solid campaigns for the BeNeLux region
• Happy to support product launches and analyse campaign effectiveness
• Capable of managing budgets and owning strategic spending for your marketing initiatives
• Use of relevant tech is a must, specifically GA4, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce and SEMrush
• A super strong communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally
