Job summary

Genpact seeks a leader to build and scale Marketing Agentic Operations. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-enabled marketing workflows, drive governance, and align cross-functional teams to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience creating AI assistants, copilots, or workflow automations for business users.
• Ability to convert business problems into structured workflows, prompts, and implementation plans.
• Understanding of governance, documentation, and repeatable operating standards for AI-enabled outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for marketing agentic solutions, from intake to rollout and iteration.
• Lead the portfolio of AI use cases with leadership to determine priority and impact.
• Design agents and workflows across enterprise AI platforms and ensure compliance and auditability.
• Establish governance standards, with human review checkpoints and risk controls.
• Build reusable templates and patterns to scale the capability across Marketing.
