Signify is seeking an experienced consumer marketing leader to own and advance the AI strategy for Consumer Marketing, defining a clear roadmap, prioritizing high‑value AI use cases, and delivering measurable pilots that align with brand growth and commercial performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in consumer marketing or related fields.
Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand building and commercial performance.
Proven track record applying Generative AI/LLMs to marketing or business problems.
Hands-on experience prototyping and implementing AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Define and own the AI marketing roadmap for the Consumer Marketing function.
Identify high-value AI use cases based on consumer impact, commercial value, feasibility and scalability.
Prototype, test and implement AI solutions, moving pilots to scaled programs across markets.
Measure impact on speed, quality, productivity and commercial performance.
Collaborate with Data, Digital and IT teams to integrate AI initiatives across the organization.
