Job summary

You will coordinate service activities, interpret mechanical drawings, and ensure engineers have the parts, tools and documentation needed to perform their work efficiently. Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO+ or HBO level.
• Background in marine/mechanical engineering or chief engineer is relevant.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with field service, service coordination or technical project support.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for customers for service requests and questions.
• Coordinate and plan daily field service activities.
• Manage incoming service requests and follow up.
• Support planning and coordination of service operations.
• Communicate schedules, progress and issues to customers.
