Resolvo Engineering B.V. is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to organize technical service activities, coordinate engineers and maintain an overview in a dynamic international maritime environment.

Based in Rotterdam, you will coordinate service for worldwide projects and support the service team. You will plan and follow up on service activities, act as main contact for customers, prepare quotations, support engineers with briefs and documentation, monitor hours and costs, and track

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in service coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is a strong advantage.
• Experience with planning, coordinating and delegating activities.
• Understanding of technical service operations.
• Experience with monitoring hours, costs and service performance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch not required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on service activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service matters.
• Handle service requests and the service hotline.
• Prepare quotations for service activities.
• Support service engineers with job briefings, debriefings and documentation.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress.
• Support sales and project teams with service contracts.
• Monitor working hours, costs and invoicing.
• Track service performance, KPIs and project targets.
• Analyze service data and identify areas for improvement.
