Job summary

ASML is seeking a Process Engineer (Tooling) to optimize tooling and logistics processes in the Motion Tooling team in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. You will ensure data integrity, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and business support functions.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, process standardization, and performance reporting, with a 40-hour work week in a non-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, process improvement, or process analysis.
• Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar business systems.
• Experience with process modeling, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Project management experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end tooling and logistics processes.
• Maintain and improve process data and master data within systems such as SAP.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to align ways of working, process ownership, and operational requirements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and service levels.
• Support daily tooling operations while driving continuous improvement activities.
