Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Tool Maintenance & Repair Execution Team Lead to organize and coach the team responsible for tool repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with EF, TF, D&E factories and external suppliers to improve time-to-repair, reduce costs, and ensure high quality and safe tools for users at EF, TF and D&E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in a coordinating or leading position.
• Preferably background in engineering or technical support within ASML.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to fast and high-quality tool repair and maintenance.
• Oversee fast intake on tools with MN/DN logged and decide on repair vs depot/assessment.
• Manage spare parts stock and logistics to ensure timely repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement in tool lifecycle and cost efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and end-to-end efficiency in repair processes.
