Job summary

ASML is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to guide daily manufacturing activities in a precision environment. You will coordinate priorities, support colleagues, and resolve issues across shifts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work with SAP and Excel to collect data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvements in production. This role requires hands-on work with mechanical or electrical components in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have practical manufacturing know-how and be able to coordinate colleagues.
• Experience with precision tools, technical instructions, and controlled manufacturing procedures.
• Experience coordinating work in production or technical service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and maintain production progress across teams and shifts.
• Lead your work area and represent the team in technical or operational discussions.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex risks to supporting departments.
• Check materials, tools, equipment and products for availability, accuracy, and quality.
• Support new product and process introductions by following approved testing and production requirements.
• Identify recurring shop-floor issues and lead structured improvements for safety, quality and efficiency.
• Record production information and provide accurate shift handovers, reports, and status updates.
