Job summary

ASML Holding in the Netherlands is seeking a seasoned team leader to head the NXT system Build department, guiding a ~100-strong tech team in a 2-shift TF cleanroom to meet safety, quality and delivery targets. You will lead by example, foster cross-functional collaboration, develop people, and drive Lean and Flow thinking to improve costs, cycle times and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a technical field with several years of leadership experience.
• Experience in (flow) production management and complex environments.
• LEAN and FLOW mindset with track record of leading improvement projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of technicians and engineers.
• Manage the production process to meet safety, delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Drive the TF Flow Factory transformation and promote operational excellence.
• Plan resources and provide backup and coaching as needed.
