Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer, Netherlands, is recruiting a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing). You will shape the local learning strategy, lead a team of four L&D professionals, and partner with site leaders to drive performance and capability across the manufacturing network.

You will align with Global L&D, ensure GMP training standards, and deliver scalable programs that support continuous improvement and workforce readiness. Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience designing and executing Learning strategy.
• Strong experience with leading transformational change and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the learning and capability strategy for the site and execute solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with site leadership, HR and functions.
• Develop and mentor a team of L&D professionals to deliver training programs.
• Align site learning with Global L&D and localize global initiatives.
• Drive automation and digitalization in learning processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP training standards and QMS requirements.
