Job summary

MSD Netherlands is seeking a Senior Operator to help start up and stabilize a new production facility in Boxmeer. You will contribute to safe, reliable manufacturing while coaching colleagues and driving continuous improvement across processes and digital systems.

Experience in regulated manufacturing, GMP, and MES/EBR is valued. Join a collaborative team committed to learning, innovation, and animal health solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and digital manufacturing systems (MES/EBR) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and work instructions.
• Train, coach, and support Operators to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Foster an inclusive environment and invite questions and ideas.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Support the deployment and optimization of new production processes and digital systems.
• Share expertise to build a capable, engaged production team.
