Job summary

MSD Animal Health Nederland in Boxmeer is seeking a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing) to shape and execute the local learning strategy across the Boxmeer and De Bilt sites. You will lead a team of 4 L&D professionals and partner with site leaders, Global L&D and external partners to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, GMP compliance, and development of capability to enable manufacturing of the Future.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives in a complex organization.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the site learning strategy in partnership with leaders and HRBP.
• Lead a team of L&D professionals and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Align local initiatives with Global L&D and localize core curricula.
• Drive automation and digitalization of learning processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with GL&D, GMP, EHS and related standards.
