Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking a Lead L&D & Organizational Capability Manager for the Venlo site. The role shapes learning strategy, aligns global platforms with local needs, and builds internal development programs for technical roles.

You will drive frontline leadership development, manage AG5 governance, and leverage GenAI to accelerate content creation and delivery. This hybrid position collaborates across manufacturing shifts and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Learning Development, Capability Building, or Organizational Development, ideally in manufacturing/logistics/engineering.
• Manufacturing mindset with understanding of shift operations and frontline engagement.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning platforms and skill-matrix software (AG5).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and ability to translate strategy into actionable training.

Responsibilities

• Develop plant learning strategy and internal career pathways.
• Build internal pipelines for hard-to-fill operational roles, partnering with external institutes.
• Lead frontline leadership development through workshops and coaching.
• Govern AG5 matrix ownership and integration with health reintegration (WVP).
• Partner with external training vendors and subsidies; measure impact on time-to-productivity.
