Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer Advanced Packaging to shape production efficiency and quality in a high-tech cleanroom environment within System Assembly.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with R&D on manufacturability, support NPI transitions, and be on the floor daily to implement practical solutions. This role offers career growth and a strong development plan in an international team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset in process optimization.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and quality control methods (e.g., process capability, Six Sigma, FMEA, OEE).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred with Lean experience in production.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze trends on the production floor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
• Drive major improvement projects to enhance safety, costs and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve designs for manufacturability.
• Actively participate in New Product Introductions (NPI) for smooth transitions.
