Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• High standard for accuracy, documentation, and process compliance.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic production processes.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support prototype builds and pilot runs, enabling a smooth transition to series production.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Drive First-Time-Right product introductions by identifying and mitigating manufacturing risks.
