We are searching for a hands-on, improvement-driven Manufacturing Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the efficiency and quality of our production process. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in our high-tech environment, where we assemble highly complex computing cabinets. Additionally, you will collaborate with our project team to design new lean production processes.

Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
Strong continuous improvement mindset, with experience in process optimization.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and quality control methods such as process capability analysis, Six Sigma, capacity analysis, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), etc.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering preferred).
2+ years of demonstrated experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, with experience applying Lean principles in a production setting.
Experience working in a high-tech environment is a plus.
Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and ensure project success.
Comfortable with being present on the production floor and working closely with production and R&D teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
