Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Work Preparator Engineer to serve as the vital link between Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring speed, quality, and reliability during the transition from prototype to series production.

You will develop work instructions, routings, and manufacturing documentation, drive First-Time-Right launches, and collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely delivery, while optimizing processes for quality, efficiency and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
High standard for accuracy, documentation, and process compliance.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and continuous improvement.
Understanding of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic production processes.
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Prepare and support prototype builds and pilot runs, enabling a smooth transition to series production.
Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and manufacturing documentation.
Drive First-Time-Right product introductions by identifying and mitigating manufacturing risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Optimize processes for quality, efficiency, and cost while supporting ramp-up and continuous improvement.
