Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience.
• 6-8+ years of people leadership, managing technical teams or departments.
• Experience leading Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing and technical specialists.
• Provide expert technical guidance to operations and translate processes into shop-floor execution.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHSS, Annex 1 and internal standards; support inspections.
