Job summary

Sire Search in Leiden area is seeking a Technical Operations Manager for a global healthcare client with a newly established lentiviral vector manufacturing facility in Sassenheim. You will lead a team of around 15 technical specialists supporting manufacturing operations and ensure GMP, safety and quality requirements are met.

You will drive technical improvements, manage equipment and single-use systems, and partner with Operations, QA, QC, MSAT, IT and other functions on projects to optimize

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP production environment.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience at Supervisor or Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience delivering Lean projects, both technically and as a leader.
• Experience with technical projects involving equipment, materials or single-use systems.
• Knowledge of EHSS and regulatory requirements in a GMP environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of JJOS methodology and systems is an advantage.
