Role Overview

Bright Digital is one of the largest and strategically important entities within the Six & Flow Group, a fast-evolving collective of elite HubSpot partners operating across the Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Canada and South Africa. Together, we are building the first truly global, AI-first HubSpot consultancy, uniting more than 175 specialists across strategy, CRM, RevOps, data, AI, marketing, design & development and systems integration.

As Managing Director of Bright Digital, you step into a pivotal leadership role at a defining moment in our evolution. The Dutch organisation is entering a period of exciting growth as we move towards a unified regional model. Bright is the anchor of this journey, the Group's largest commercial engine, and the core of our Benelux footprint.

This is a role for a leader who wants the privilege and challenge of stewarding one of the Group's flagship entities, shaping not only Bright's next chapter, but also contributing directly to Group-wide leadership, strategy and integration.

Our culture is people-first. Growth is driven by transparency, alignment, empathy, and accountability. As MD, your success will not be measured solely by revenue and margin, but by the clarity and confidence you create across Dutch teams during a time when strong leadership matters most.

You will also serve on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), playing a key role in advancing our European operating model, AI-first capabilities, and cross-border collaboration. Your influence extends beyond Bright: you will help shape how the Netherlands contributes to the Group’s culture, commercial performance and long-term strategy.

For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity:

  • A high-performing business in motion, ready to scale yet dynamic enough to innovate.
  • A region with huge potential, ready for refinement, alignment and acceleration.
  • A defining leadership moment, influence that spans both entity and Group level.
  • A cultural mandate, building cohesion and a shared identity across multiple teams.

If you are energised by transformation, passionate about people, and driven by the ambition to help shape the next generation of a global consultancy, this is a role with real scope, real complexity and real impact.

1. Leadership, People & Cultural Stability
  • Provide visible, grounding leadership across Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Nijmegen.
  • Inspire teams through transparency, clarity and consistency.
  • Lead Team Leads and Heads of Department; deliver structured weekly leadership rhythms.
  • Strengthen the culture of ownership, accountability and collaboration.
  • Develop leadership capability and succession plans across Dutch entities.
  • Protect and elevate employee engagement and eNPS.
2. Commercial & Financial Management
  • Full P&L ownership for Bright Digital; deliver revenue, margin and EBITDA targets.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline governance.
  • Increase ASP, partner-sourced revenue and retainer revenue mix.
  • Ensure commercial discipline across pricing, scoping and contracting.
  • Collaborate with the Global CFO on budgeting, reporting and margin optimisation.
3. Strategy, Execution & AI-First Alignment
  • Translate the Group's North Star and annual plan into Bright's operational roadmap.
  • Embed AI-first frameworks such as SCALE+, FLAIR and CS+ across teams.
  • Strengthen HubSpot excellence and RevOps capability across NL.
  • Drive execution on the Group Sales Recovery programme.
  • Prioritise initiatives that create the highest commercial and operational leverage.
4. Operations, Delivery & Quality
  • Oversee delivery performance, client experience and quality standards.
  • Ensure ISO-aligned processes, scope control and margin discipline.
  • Lead resource planning, workload balancing and delivery capacity forecasting.
  • Prepare Bright for shared services centralisation (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing).
  • Guide the adoption of shared delivery frameworks and tooling (HubSpot, ClickUp, etc).
5. Integration & Cross-Group Collaboration

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will:

  • Lead and participate in cross-entity integration workstreams.
  • Align ways of working across Bright, BrixCRM and Systony.
  • Collaborate with the Integrations Director on process, system and structural alignment.
  • Share knowledge across regions and contribute to Group-wide decision-making.
  • Support the evolution of the unified regional operating model for the Netherlands.
6. Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Strengthen relationships with HubSpot and Talkdesk partner teams.
  • Represent Bright in ELT and cross-group leadership forums.
  • Manage communications and expectations with the CEO, COO and CFO.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients during leadership and brand transitions.
7. Brand & Change Leadership
  • Support the phased Bright to Six & Flow Group brand transition.
  • Lead internal and external change communications with clarity and confidence.
  • Champion 'One Flow' culture and ensure cross-entity cohesion across NL.
  • Maintain client trust and internal morale throughout the transformation period.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Senior leadership experience in a digital agency, consultancy or technology services firm.
  • Demonstrated success with P&L ownership and commercial performance delivery.
  • Strong operational and delivery leadership experience.
  • Experience leading through organisational change or M&A (highly advantageous).
  • High emotional intelligence, clarity in communication and strong stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, HubSpot or RevOps (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools, frameworks or methodologies (advantageous).
Personal Characteristics
  • Empathetic, calm and grounded under pressure.
  • Direct, structured communicator with strong judgement.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on operator with a bias for action.
  • Able to challenge constructively and elevate performance.
  • Highly collaborative, values-driven and people-centric.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving organisational structures.
Progression Path

This role includes a potential pathway toward the future Managing Director, Netherlands position.

  • This progression is not automatic.
  • A formal review will take place after 6 months.
  • Assessment will include financial performance, cultural leadership, collaboration, and contribution to Group-level priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
  • A competitive, market-conform salary
  • A comprehensive secondary benefits package aligned with company growth
  • Lease car or mobility allowance
  • Pension scheme
  • Laptop, phone and equipment provided
  • 25 days of paid vacation
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Room for impact and ownership
Closing Statement

Bright Digital is at a pivotal moment, the point where culture, capability, ambition and timing intersect. This is a role for a leader who thrives in complexity, believes in people, and sees opportunity where others see challenge. If you want to help shape one of the most ambitious, forward-thinking HubSpot partner groups in the world, this is your moment.
