Job summary

Everest Commerce Group is seeking a results-driven leader to helm Cozy Heaven, its German premium bedding brand. You will oversee trading performance, inventory, and customer issues, and will align pricing, marketing and product availability with purchasing and service delivery.

You will collaborate closely with Everest’s founder to set priorities and drive cross-functional execution. This role requires proven P&L ownership, strong financial judgment, and experience leading diverse teams, with

• Experience leading an inventory-led commerce business with meaningful Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment across brand, customer acquisition, margins, stock and cash.
• Fluency in German and English, with experience aligning cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the business: review sales, margins, cash and stock and maintain the operating plan.
• Lead the team: set responsibilities and coordinate internal and external specialists.
• Connect growth with operations: align pricing and marketing with product availability and customer service.
• Improve how work gets done: resolve recurring problems with the team and improve data, processes and automation.
• Establish weekly performance reviews with the founder and set priorities and measures of progress.

About Everest

Everest acquires and operates established consumer and e-commerce businesses. We help them improve how they sell products, manage stock, serve customers and run their finances. Alongside this, we are building Everest Core: shared software, data and AI tools that make everyday work more effective.

Your role

Cozy Heaven is a German premium bedding brand and part of Everest. Working closely with Everest’s founder, you will lead the business and its small team, connecting sales, product, stock, customer service and finance. You’ll set priorities, make day-to-day operating decisions and take responsibility for results.

What you’ll do

• Run the business: review sales, margins, cash and stock, maintain the operating plan and decide where the team should focus.
• Lead the team: set clear responsibilities, coordinate employees and external specialists, and follow up on delivery.
• Connect growth with operations: align pricing and marketing with product availability, purchasing and customer service.
• Improve how work gets done: resolve recurring problems with the team and work with Everest’s engineers to improve data, processes and automation.

Your first priorities

• Build a clear view of trading performance, cash, inventory and outstanding customer issues with the team.
• Agree a focused operating plan with Everest’s founder, including priorities, owners and measures of progress.
• Establish a weekly review of performance and delivery, and address the most important operational bottlenecks.

What you bring

• Experience leading an inventory-led commerce business with meaningful P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment across brand, customer acquisition, margins, stock and cash.
• A track record of leading teams and specialists, with professional fluency in German and English.
