Strategy& Amsterdam is seeking a Manager CDD and Value Creation to shape the Strategy& Deals practice across energy, tech, retail, manufacturing and more. The role offers entry at Senior Associate or Manager level, depending on experience, with broad exposure to high-stakes transactions and value-creation agendas.

You will lead due diligence, deal strategy and growth initiatives, partnering with PE investors, corporates and PwC specialists to translate insights into senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• Background in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, deal advisory, private equity, corporate strategy or M&A.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at a leading strategy consultancy or related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset; ability to write crisply and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in project and team management; structuring work packages and meeting tight timelines.
• Team player with humour; capable of building momentum in fast-paced transaction settings.
• Developing an investor and corporate network to expand with Strategy&.
• Advantages: CDD experience; sector expertise in industrials, technology, energy, healthcare or consumer markets; PE deal exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial due diligence and deal-strategy engagements, including market sizing and growth forecasting.
• Translate deal questions into focused work plans, steer research, build robust analytical bases and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coach teams and manage workstreams across PwC network.
• Support business development, thought leadership, proposals and external visibility while growing your professional network.
