PwC Nederland is seeking a Manager in Delivering Deal Value (DDV) to work with top-tier PE and corporate clients on pre- and post-deal engagements. You will lead operational due diligence, carve-out due diligence, and value creation using data analytics and industry benchmarking, while coaching teams and managing client relationships.

Competenze

• Experienced professional with 6+ years in (deals) consulting or operational performance improvement.
• University degree in business administration, science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Understanding of core operational functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales).
• Strong English; Dutch language skills appreciated.
