Job summary

WAIMAKERS in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced consultant to lead engagements from strategy to delivery. You will own client outcomes and guide senior stakeholders through AI transformation journeys.

You will grow and coach teams on engagements, shape WAIMAKERS propositions, and help scale the business. This role blends hands-on delivery with boardroom influence, in a hybrid setup with client days on site. You must thrive in Dutch and English and enjoy building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading consulting or transformation work.
• Trusted in boardroom and hands-on when needed.
• People-growth mindset; coaches teams to improve.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
