Job summary

Waimakers in Amsterdam is seeking a senior consultant to own client workstreams and deliver outcomes in an elite, collaborative environment.

You'll lead end-to-end engagements, own relationships from first conversation to delivery, coach associates, and run workshops up to C-level. This full-time hybrid role includes client days on site and a clear path toward Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in consulting, transformation or applied AI.
• A finisher: you own it until it stands, and then go beyond.

• Comfortable in Dutch and English.
