Alvarium Talent is seeking an Engagement Manager for Amsterdam to operate at the crossroads of AI, strategy, and transformation. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate GenAI insights into real business impact and guide clients from ideation to execution.

Based in the Netherlands with hybrid flexibility, you will engage private equity, scale-ups, and enterprise, shaping how GenAI is adopted and scaled across organisations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy at the intersection of AI, Strategy, and Transformation - early enough to shape its direction, with real client demand already in play.

I am looking for consultants who are ready to move beyond slideware and into the real-world application of emerging technologies.

This is not a traditional tech or advisory role. You will work closely with senior leaders across private equity, scale-ups, and enterprise, helping them understand, prioritise, and implement GenAI where it matters most. From C-suite engagement and workflow re-design to internal capability building, you will help clients move from ideas to action.
