Job summary

Freedom Village Holland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas on campus. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and respond to emergencies to keep facilities safe and well-kept.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Residential building maintenance knowledge: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and public areas.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, doors, lighting, and HVAC.
• Respond to emergency calls and basic HVAC repairs.
• Complete work orders accurately and document equipment information.
• Assist with campus projects, snow removal, and inventory management.
• Maintain safety, punctuality, and professional conduct.
