Job summary
Hobij is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Employee to service accommodation locations across the Netherlands. You will drive a company van, handle a range of maintenance tasks, install and repair fixtures, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.
You will work with a team, include basic gardening, and coordinate with a Welcome Officer when extra hands are needed. The role offers a varied, international environment with a competitive gross monthly salary and generous leave.
Qualifications
- Able to perform a wide range of routine maintenance tasks, including installing, assembling, and replacing fixtures and equipment.
- Can handle basic gardening and outdoor maintenance.
- Speaks Dutch and communicates confidently in English.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance tasks across accommodation locations in the Netherlands.
- Install, assemble, and replace fixtures and equipment.
- Perform basic gardening and outdoor maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with Welcome Officer for additional support when required.
- Maintain safety, quality and identify potential risks.
