Job summary

Holland2Stay seeks a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to handle all maintenance requests and keep residents updated with clear progress. You review reports, plan actions, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely, quality repairs.

On-site inspections and structured processes are essential. With up to 5 years in service desk, technical, or facility roles, you take ownership, stay organized, and prioritise effectively to prevent issues from slipping through the cracks.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or equivalent
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in service desk, technical, or facility roles
• Affinity with real estate or management
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for repair and maintenance requests
• Assess incoming reports and set the right actions in motion
• Plan maintenance activities and manage deadlines and priorities
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure clear instructions
• Monitor progress and check the quality of completed work
• Identify issues and adjust where needed
• Ensure all information is correctly and fully documented
