Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician for our Authentix Quincy Street community in Holland, MI. You will deliver exceptional resident service, address maintenance needs, and help keep the property running smoothly under the Service Supervisor.

This Full-Time role offers pay of $19.00-$23.00 per hour with potential performance incentives. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more, while using smart tech to manage work orders

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experience with courteous, professional service.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs to keep the community running smoothly.
• Use software and mobile apps to manage work orders and track tasks.
• Maintain property appearance and safety, including grounds and common areas.
