Job description

Overview

To assist in the design, development, operation, installation, and maintenance of systems and structures to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability across Tolsa’s facilities.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small technical team managing a wide variety of equipment, including transport systems, processing installations, sieves, crushing units, packaging lines, palletising and wrapping equipment, and pallet transport system.
• Support the design, development, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot factory machinery and production processes to restore optimal functionality.
• Identify defects and root causes; evaluate their severity and determine the feasibility of immediate corrective action.
• Carry out corrective maintenance on all plant installations and facilities according to the maintenance plan.
• Monitor the maintenance process and manage associated work orders.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute technical input to project discussions.
• Provide support and recommendations for ongoing and future maintenance projects.
• Report recurring malfunctions and assist with detailed root-cause analysis.
• Initiate and support continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
