Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Drive asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze complex equipment failures and conduct root cause analyses.
- Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall operational efficiency.
- Identify technical risks and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to capital investment projects and equipment modifications.
- Optimize maintenance processes and maintenance management systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience within an industrial production or process environment.
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering and asset management.
- Experience working with maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM).
- Knowledge of process technology and industrial process installations.
- Strong electrical engineering background.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, drives, and industrial automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Beckhoff automation systems.
- Knowledge of Siemens automation platforms and DCS systems.
- Experience within high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and precision manufacturing processes.
