Job summary

High Tech Campus Eindhoven is seeking a proactive Facility & Technical Services Manager to lead maintenance, machine installation, and facility operations. You will ensure equipment reliability, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, support commissioning projects, and optimize building systems.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, project coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and service reports.
• Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and technical equipment.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during equipment installation projects.
• Verify equipment functionality, conduct testing, and support operational handovers.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in FAT and SAT where applicable.
• Support maintenance and optimization of building-related systems (HVAC, utilities, electrical).
• Coordinate external service providers and contractors; monitor facility performance.
