Job summary

Nebius Group in Amsterdam is seeking an Integration Manager to own end-to-end integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives, from pre-close planning through Day 1 and into post-close execution.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology, and other functions to maintain cross-functional alignment, manage risks, and drive change across geographies in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or programme management, corporate development, or an integration management function.
• Some exposure to M&A or integration.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams and maintain structure under pressure.
• Strong governance and planning discipline with clear, confident communication to senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, solutions-focused and able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and drive execution across workstreams from pre-close through Day 1 and post-close.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness and track critical actions with owners.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology to maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalate early with mitigation plans.
• Drive change management and cultural integration with HR and Communications.
