Integration Partnership Manager – Nmbrs

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

In this role, you will:

• Work independently and be the main point of contact for integration partners and internal colleagues regarding integration queries.
• Drive automation success for hundreds of businesses by enabling integrations with Nmbrs and their essential business applications.
• Shape our partnership strategy and champion our "Easy to integrate" vision.
• Build and improve strong relationships with our integration partners — a deep partnership is vital to our best‑of‑breed philosophy.
• Evolve the role from integration manager to partner success manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary spokesperson for integration partners, onboard new partners and ensure they meet partnership requirements.
• Serve as the go‑to contact for colleagues regarding integrations, explaining processes and providing access to documentation; connect product development, support, sales and external partner managers.
• Drive partners to migrate to our new API format.
• Build and maintain valuable partnerships with our active, verified partners.
• Be a Nmbrs ambassador and organise webinars, present at live events, and participate in trade fairs.

What you bring:

• Background in customer success, partnership management or a similar role within SaaS.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences ranging from developers to C‑level executives.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Independent worker with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Confident in setting boundaries and managing expectations.
• Understanding of APIs and technical integrations (plus).
• Great organisational / project management skills (plus).
