Nebius Group, a Nasdaq-listed innovator in AI cloud infrastructure, seeks a Head of Financial Internal Controls in Amsterdam. You will build a scalable SOX program, lead a risk-partner team, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure reliable financial reporting and strong control environments.

You will drive end-to-end control lifecycle, partner with process owners, and advance group-wide control standards as Nebius grows globally.

Competenze

• 12+ years in financial internal controls, SOX, audit, or finance risk management.
• 5+ years leading teams or major controls programs in a complex international environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end financial SOX program for a listed or similarly complex business.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, ICFR, SOX requirements; understand US GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience advising on ERP implementations, process redesign, data migration.
• CPA/CA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the financial internal controls strategy and SOX roadmap.
• Lead risk partner team, set coverage, objectives and escalation.
• Direct end-to-end SOX lifecycle: scoping, testing, remediation, year-end reporting.
• Oversee control design, testing quality, and remediation progress.
• Collaborate with IT Controls and business stakeholders on integrated coverage.
