Nebius is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product and Technology to ensure Day 1 readiness and lasting cross‑functional alignment, driving milestones in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will own governance, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting, building trust across functions and geographies while delivering structured integrations and organisational

Competenze

• 5+ years in project or programme management, corporate development, or integration management.
• Some exposure to M&A or integration; depth matters less than familiarity.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams independently.
• Strong governance and planning discipline under pressure.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders and cross-functional trust.
• Resilient and solutions-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Mansioni

• Lead integration planning and drive execution across assigned workstreams from pre-close through Day 1 and into post-close, keeping dependencies visible and workstreams moving.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness across all assigned workstreams, with critical actions tracked and owners accountable ahead of close.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology, and other functions to maintain cross-functional alignment, holding teams accountable to integration milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, with mitigation plans in place and escalations made early where needed.
