Job summary

The Pyrmont Curaçao Beach Resort in Curaçao seeks a Spa Manager to lead Kas di Pueblo Spa, a historic luxury wellness destination on the resort grounds. You will oversee daily operations, guest services, treatments, and staff, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

You will design modern wellness programs rooted in island heritage, manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Rooms to deliver unforgettable

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Spa Management or Wellness Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years’ supervisory or managerial experience in spa or wellness.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team to deliver guest service and meet objectives.
• Budget management, forecasting, and cost control experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Knowledge of spa safety, hygiene and sanitation standards; Book4Time experience is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; weekend/holiday shifts may be required.
• English fluency; Dutch/Spanish/Papiamentu proficiency is an advantage.

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring guest service excellence and smooth treatment delivery.
• Design a modern wellness program rooted in island heritage using local botanicals and remedies.
• Incorporate Curaçao history into the spa journey with authentic storytelling.
• Lead retail strategy, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Manage budget, revenue targets, labor costs, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, train, and mentor spa therapists and frontline staff.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and licensing compliance across the spa.
