Job summary

RIMOWA GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking a store leader who will oversee the team in the absence of Store Manager, drive growth through product and consumer insights, and deliver the exceptional client experience that defines our luxury brand.

You will train colleagues, maintain visual standards, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with client care for repairs, while embracing an international LVHM environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management and driving personal growth for the team.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Retail experience delivering memorable client experiences.
• Advanced Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eye for visual details and ability to achieve team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team alongside the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and hold a leadership position in their absence.
• Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
• Help develop the team and train new colleagues.
• Keep store well organized and in-line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience; build brand loyalty with clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clientele.
• Assist with special requests and coordinate with client care for repairs.
