Job summary

Located in Amsterdam at the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, this role leads a hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and maintain top-tier service standards across luxury outlets and guest areas.

The ideal candidate brings proven hospitality leadership, strong communication, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English (Dutch a plus).

Responsibilities

• Always ensure consistency in LQA standards
• Build strong relationships with regular guests
• Guarantee seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement and implement creative solutions
• Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
