You will handle reservations, coordinate financial admin, and respond to inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, a guest-focused attitude, strong communication skills in English (Dutch a plus), and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Flexible schedule and availability for shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Attention to detail and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests.
• Coordinate financial administration within the hotel.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate pre-arrival and post-stay communication with guests.
• Respond to feedback and online reviews; ensure in-house requests are followed up.
• Collaborate with Front of House teams to maintain LQA and brand standards.
