You will support the Housekeeping Manager, oversee daily operations and inventory, ensure strict hygiene and quality control, and collaborate with suppliers while resolving guest concerns with care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Assistant Housekeeping Executive or Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Background in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure stock and inventory control.
• Monitor quality standards and hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and service providers.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Align with departmental goals (finance, quality, guest satisfaction).
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards.
