Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a organized Purchasing Clerk to support day-to-day purchasing operations for luxury hospitality. You will process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high quality standards across the property.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient use of Microsoft Excel. You will work with Finance, Stores and operational teams to optimize purchasing processes in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, administration or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with purchasing or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely ordering.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, deliveries, and specifications.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Monitor orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries when required.
• Maintain supplier information and support the purchasing database.
• Collaborate with departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Support invoice matching and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and identifying replenishment requirements.
• Ensure purchasing procedures and company standards are followed.
