Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join the Front Office team. You will oversee check-in/check-out, guest history, and service standards in a luxurious setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in a Front Office supervisory position, with rotating shifts including weekends. Proficiency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus. This is a full-time position with extensive staff leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Front Office Supervisor in a luxury setting.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills a plus.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a flawless check-in/check-out process.
• Read arrival reports and verify guest history.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide feedback to guests.
• Supervise and delegate duties to Front Office staff.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest service.
• Monitor and implement Fan of MO enrollment and premium spend on property.
• Ensure Legendary Quality Experience standards are fully implemented and exceeded.
• Monitor grooming, hygiene and professional behaviour of Front Office staff.
• Lead by example in service excellence and motivate the team.
