Job summary

De Europe Amsterdam is offering a Guest Experience Trainee internship in Amsterdam. You will support the Front Office and Guest Relations teams to deliver five-star service, welcoming guests, handling VIPs and amenities, and contributing to guest satisfaction during the internship.

You will assist with complaint handling and help improve LQA and Forbes Travel Guide scores, while supporting the butler and concierge teams and sales activities in the Concept Store.

Qualifications

• Operational front office experience with high-level guest contact.
• Willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
