Job summary

Chanel in Amsterdam seeks a Fashion Advisor to maximise sales while upholding Chanel standards and delivering exceptional client service. You will build strong client relationships, showcase product knowledge, and maintain a luxurious experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years on the shop floor in luxury fashion, fluent Dutch and English, and resides in or near Amsterdam. Full-time availability and eligibility to work in the Netherlands are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of shop floor experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
• Strong knowledge of product and fashion trends, with a focus on RTW (ready-to-wear).
• Fluency in Dutch and English; living in or around Amsterdam and eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities while upholding Chanel standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional client service, styling, and product care to create a luxurious experience.
• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through energy and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with team to train on selling skills and product knowledge.
