Job summary

CHANEL in Amsterdam is seeking a Fashion Advisor to maximize sales while upholding CHANEL standards. You will build strong client relationships, provide expert product knowledge, personal presentation, and teamwork to deliver a luxurious client experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of luxury retail experience, RTW knowledge is a plus, and fluency in Dutch and English. You are self-driven, ethical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion.
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury.
• You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person.
• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Living in or around Amsterdam and fulltime available.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge (RTW) and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities.
• Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.
• Create a luxurious experience for all clients through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections.
• Successfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring, and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
