Qualifications

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment.
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Living in or around Amsterdam and fulltime available.
• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all sales opportunities while maintaining CHANEL standards.
• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Create a luxurious client experience through prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Offer relevant after sales care, including information on events and new collections.
• Successfully participate in and complete any training, acquiring high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
