Job summary

De L’Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Events to oversee on-floor service, ensuring flawless delivery from setup to breakdown. You will work closely with kitchen, bar and the Events office to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The role requires 3+ years in F&B, supervisory experience, and strong English communication. You will inspire the team and maintain top standards in hygiene and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven supervisory or senior service experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
• Positive team player who inspires others with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the service team on the floor, leading by example.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and Events office to ensure seamless timing from setup to breakdown.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Anticipate needs and handle last-minute changes with calm professionalism.
• Monitor stock levels and leave event spaces in perfect condition for the next event.
