Job summary

Longchamp in the Bijenkorf Amstelveen is seeking a Concession Manager to lead a premium boutique, owning the concession’s commercial and operational running on a 7/7 schedule.

You will develop enduring client relationships through clienteling and personalised events, coach a small team of Sales Advisors, manage stock and omnichannel fulfilment, and ensure flawless visual merchandising and service in line with Longchamp heritage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in premium or luxury retail with leadership experience.
• Passion for client relationships and clienteling.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Commercial acumen with retail systems and stock processes.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships through clienteling; design and host client invitations, private appointments, and in-store events.
• Lead a small team of Sales Advisors, schedule, mentor, and set performance expectations.
• Own stock operations end-to-end: deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and omnichannel fulfilment (Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect).
• Ensure visual merchandising meets Longchamp premium standards and maintain a beautiful, commercial concession.
• Maintain a strong relationship with De Bijenkorf host store and represent Longchamp with professionalism.
